Shipping and Return policy
Please make sure to provide the correct delivery address at the checkout. We will not be responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete customer details. To resend a returned package there will be additional shipping fee depending on the size and weight of the parcel.
If you are sending a gift to someone, please make sure the receiver is aware of the delivery. We cannot take any responsibility for packages once they are marked 'Delivered' by Australia Post.
Please leave us a note for any special requirements ie. gift wrapping or personalised notes:)
Flat rate $9 for Express Post.
All orders in Australia are mailed out via Australia Post with a tracking number.
All items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of when the order is placed. Transit time can range from 1 to 10 business days depending upon your location in Australia.
Unfortunately with rising international postage cost, shipping is limited within Australia at this time.
Please provide a secure delivery address. Lost or stolen packages are not covered by insurance or Naz Power.
How do I check the status of my order?Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not receive returns so please shop wisely :)
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
